Myth maker: the practice of transformation
After two decades working across tech, film, and consulting, I saw a pattern: founders with big visions and sharp minds kept hitting the same wall. It wasn’t lack of knowledge, or a wrong strategy, or a wrong market situation. It was something deeper blocking them.
They weren’t failing at business. They were in conflict with themselves.
Traditional business coaching treats business problems with more strategies and best practices. But those problems are most times just the reflection of the founder’s inner journey – and being stuck on it.
So instead of applying more frameworks of success, I seek to help each entrepreneur define what does success mean to them. So they aren’t copying anybody else’s playbook but are free to create their own.

A journey to wholeness
myth maker is far from being another salad of growth hacks. The roots of this practice go way deeper than any business case study or mindset shift – into the myth, the working of the human psyche itself.
A true transformation requires pain. It requires you to be able to deconstruct, to sit in chaos, to step into the gap of uncertainty. To interrogate the stories you tell yourself, myths you construct, and let go of the ones that don’t serve you anymore.
Because real business growth doesn’t start with a new system. It starts with a leader who’s finally whole.
Creative destruction: how I got here
I never set out to become a business coach; you made me one.
When I look back, my career follows that same spiral of creative destruction: tear down, rebuild, rinse, repeat, each turn bringing me closer to my own truth.
I started out on a classic nerd path. At 16, I started coding websites, at 19 I dropped out of uni to work for an early ISP (Flashnet), then moved to a web agency (Interact), then to a telco (Telefonica).
But then I got really into the mechanics of storytelling instead: learning that stories can be even more powerful than tech. During seven intense years at Warner Bros. Pictures, I helped launch more than 140 films.
And then I switched it up again and left corporate for my own consulting business. It served clients like Netflix, Sony, LinkedIn, and Heineken. It thrived, but something didn’t feel right. So I burned it down.
People I was working with kept saying “you should be a coach”. So I built a coaching practice instead. And then I tore it apart, too, to build a better one.
Each cycle brought me closer to what I was truly meant to do.

Permission to be yourself
Each creative destruction cycle helped me to give myself permission to actually be myself and do business my own way.
- Inventing instead of following procedures: I realized I didn’t thrive in corporate because I like inventing just too much
- Entrepreneurship: growing up, the culture around me was the opposite of entrepreneurial. All you were taught to do was to work hard and obey, and then you’d be rewarded with a job. It took me 34 years to give myself permission to start inventing my job.
- Reason and magic. My nerd side adores technologies, processes, and procedures, but I learned to listen to the philosopher, myth maker, irrational side to come up with ideas that are truly and only mine.
- Hold space instead of trying to please: in the beginning of my coaching career, I tried to act as an expert, trying to offer the smartest strategies or business advice. I learned that my talent isn’t about giving you answers, but about offering you a safe space, presence and guidance so you come up with your own.
The Myth maker farm
I host my favourite clients at the myth maker farm: not an office, but a weird, historical property in the countryside near Berlin. Working there really helps us to shake off the fake, superficial narratives and get in touch with what’s real.

How I help
entrepreneurs

Keynote Speaking: Give your audience the gift of self-awareness
Book a leadership keynote speaker who shows leaders what’s driving them. Berlin and worldwide.

Entrepreneur Coaching: Stop overthinking. Start feeling alive.
Helping entrepreneurs to break free from mental barriers and build their dream business.

Communication Coaching: From unsure to unstoppable.
Strategic narrative, pitch clarity, persuasion. Turn communication into a growth channel.
Storytelling: a continuous obsession and a powerful tool
I’ve always been fascinated by how people communicate — and by how much gets lost in translation.
Stories are the oldest technology we have for making sense out of chaos and shape the world around us, yet most people let stories shape them without realizing their power.
As a keynote speaker, I use storytelling to move entire rooms, to spark the kind of transformation that you can’t achieve with logic. A story can rewire belief, unlock hidden energy reserves, make people see themselves differently, move differently, react differently.
In coaching, the work goes even deeper. Together we deconstruct the story you’ve been telling about yourself (your limits, your drive, your fears) and rebuild it from truth.
Because you can’t change your direction until you change your story.
